ACTOR TRIBE- TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that will govern the relationship between us, Actor Tribe Ltd and you, the Parent/Guardian/adult student. It is a legally binding agreement. These conditions are important to maintain standards and to ensure that all members gain the maximum benefit from their classes.
o Fees are payable in full and in advance of each term, (Autumn-Spring-Summer) by the payment deadline stipulated in the termly renewal email/offer of a place email. Class timetables & teachers are subject to change from time to time without notice. Payment of the terms fees is your agreement to adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

This includes, but not limited to, national and localised shutdown due to weather, pandemic, venue availability and lockdown. Where Actor Tribe is running physical face-to-face sessions, or a combination of physical face to face sessions and online sessions, or solely online classes, the same weekly fee applies.
o In order to avoid disturbing classes, students are requested to arrive in good time. Entrance to classes may be barred to anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late.
o A teacher may, at any time, ask the student to leave a class if he/she is jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others or their educational experience.
o In the event that your child is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, due to sickness (subject to the clause below), holiday, government restrictions or a decision by the Parent or Student not to attend, Actor Tribe is unable to offer any refund of fees paid, or make up the missed session.
o In the unfortunate event that it is medically no longer possible for the student to attend Actor Tribe, we will offer a refund of the remaining terms fees. We may require suitable medical evidence in the form of a GP or hospital letter setting out the medical reasons.
o In the event that fees are not paid by the payment deadline set out in the termly renewal email, the right for the student to attend Actor Tribe will be withdrawn until payment is received. If this happens on more than one occasion during any one calendar year we reserve the right to terminate students place at Actor Tribe.
o We reserve the right to withdraw a student’s place at Actor Tribe should we not receive acceptance of their place via the acceptance deadline within our email offer.
o We may terminate student’s entitlement to attend the Actor Tribe in the event of serious or repeated breach of these terms and conditions.

Films may be shared by Actor Tribe online on our official channels, screened at local cinemas and sometimes even entered into film festivals. By registering with Actor Tribe, you are agreeing to these terms.
o Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour by students, parents or guests is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion and such other legal remedies as may be available.

o By agreeing to these terms and conditions, all Actor Tribe students are bound by our restrictive covenants –
You acknowledge and agree that if you were to compete with Actor Tribe whilst attending or immediately after leaving we would be at a serious disadvantage. Unfair competition would do damage to the business, financial or otherwise. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that these restrictions are fair and reasonable for the protection of Actor Tribe’s legitimate business interests.
For a period of 12 (twelve) Months after informing us of your leaving date, you won’t engage in business with or be in any way interested in any person, firm, company or organisation that conducts drama or acting workshops for any age group within a 25 (twenty five) mile radius, either personally or by an agent, whether on your own or in association with another person/organisation, or whilst still attending.
